3.1 All transactions on the Website are processed through Grow Payments and other payment methods determined by the Company.
3.2 Cancellations and returns are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Company’s return policy.
3.3 Consumers may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the Product (or 4 months for certain populations such as the elderly, people with disabilities, or new immigrants), provided the Product has not been used and is undamaged.
3.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned Product’s arrival, subject to lawful cancellation fees.
